It is a neat restaurant with a hip atmosphere created by red and green neon in an overall dark atmosphere, so it is visited by many young Vietnamese locals, and the food is excellent, making it an attractive restaurant visited by Koreans living nearby.

Although it is a fusion Chinese restaurant, it serves side dishes such as pickled radish, onion, green onion kimchi, and cabbage kimchi like a Korean-Chinese restaurant. From the dishes to the cutlery, it looks quite luxurious, so it would be nice to take important guests to a private room on the second floor.

I visited on a Saturday to have a meal and drinks with friends and settled down in the hall on the first floor. We started dinner with a refreshing Sapporo draft beer. Sapporo Beer is an attractive beer with a soft, savory taste and a strong refreshing sensation typical of Japanese lagers. It goes well with not only Japanese food but also oily Chinese food.

Since I was at a Chinese restaurant, I thought I should try Kaoliang wine, so I ordered Kong Fu Jia Jiu. Even though it has a high alcohol content of 39 degrees, it doesn't feel that strong when you drink it, and it is an attractive liquor with sweet and fragrant floral and apple scents.

For my first dish, I ordered Taiwanese Braise Beef Hotpot. It is a hearty beef stew containing beef shank, chives, tofu skin, enoki mushrooms, pine mushrooms, Chinese vermicelli, etc. Once it starts to boil, it is good to drink alcohol with the ingredients and soup.

For my second course, I ordered Chinese Style Sweet and Sour Pork. In the Northeast Chinese style(Manchuria region), thin pork coated in a chewy batter like glutinous rice is sliced into easy-to-eat pieces. Stir-fried in a sweet and sour sauce, it goes especially well with beer.

For my third dish, I ordered Deep-fried Oysters. It came with fried oysters like sweet and sour pork and a sauce containing chili oil and various spices. Fried oysters cannot be delicious. It was good to eat with Kaoliang wine.

For my fourth and final dish, I ordered Preserved Egg Tofu Salad. It's a simple dish made with preserved egg and soft tofu cut into bite-sized pieces and poured with a sauce made of soy sauce, chili oil, and garlic, but it was the most delicious meal I had that day. The combination of soft soft tofu, savory preserved egg, and spicy and salty sauce was fantastic.
