#1. District 2, Thao Dien Turkiye Restaurant Pasha Garden Lounge Review

Turkiye Restaurant Pasha(Garden Lounge & Restaurant) has branches near Sheraton Hotel in District 1 and Thao Dien in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City. It is an attractive restaurant where you can taste high-quality Turkish cuisine and desserts, and also enjoy shisha(hookah).

The interior is decorated with Turkic glass lamps, paintings, and carpets, giving it a unique Central Asian feel. I visited alone for dinner on a Wednesday evening and took a seat at a table in the corner.

Pasha serves a variety of beverages including whiskey, vodka, cocktails, wine, beer, coffee, and juice. Beers include Tiger, Heineken, Corona, Saigon Special, and Hoegaarden, and I ordered a pint of Tiger draft beer.

I ordered Pasha's one of popular menu items, Lamb Shish Kebab. Lamb skewer, pilaf rice, salad, demi-glace sauce, and salsa were served on a long wooden plate. It has a good composition of rice, meat, salad, and sauce, and the visuals are also good, so I was impressed even before you taste it.

The skewer is loaded with lamb, onions, peppers, and paprika, and the portions are quite large. To make it easier to eat, use a fork to remove the skewered lamb and various vegetables onto a plate. Since the pieces of lamb are large, you can use a knife to cut them into bite-size pieces and dip them in the sauce.

Pilaf rice is a savory rice made from long, flying rice grains with onion, garlic, chicken broth, and salt. It goes well with fatty foods such as lamb. Lamb, onions, peppers, paprika, etc. are quite delicious when dipped in demi-glace sauce and salsa sauce and eaten together with it.

#2. Turkiye Restaurant Pasha Garden Lounge Menu

Turkiye restaurant Pasha serves a variety of food and beverages, including meals, desserts, coffee, whiskey, and hookah. The price is quite high considering the cost of Vietnam, but it has the great advantage of being able to taste high-quality Turkish cuisine in an exotic atmosphere.

I visited alone on a Wednesday evening and ordered the meal below.

  1. Lamb Shish Kebab: 290,000VND

  2. Tiger Draught Pint: 65,000VND

Including 5% service charge, 8% general VAT, and 10% alcohol VAT, the total amount was 402,450VND. Considering the cost of Vietnam, the price was quite high for a meal alone, but considering the appearance, taste, and quality of the food here, I don't think it's bad. Pasha is an attractive restaurant where you can definitely feel the unique atmosphere of Turkiye and taste a variety of high-quality Turkish cuisine.
