#1. District 1, Nguyen Hue Street B3 Steakhouse Review
B3 Steakhouse & Craft Beer is located in an alley near Nguyen Hue street with Ho Chi Minh statue in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. It is well known to both locals and foreigners in Ho Chi Minh City as a place where you can taste high-quality steaks at reasonable prices.
Although it is cheaper than famous steakhouses such as EL GAUCHO or IL CORDA, B3 Steakhouse & Craft Beer's steak prices are only reasonable compared to other places, but cannot be called cheap. Maybe that's why I saw more foreign customers than local customers.
My wife and I visited late on a Saturday evening, after 9pm, and took a seat in the corner. Since I came to eat steak, I couldn't help but order red wine. I ordered a bottle of Argentina red wine 2018 Finca La Escondida Gran Reserve Malbec.
This inexpensive red wine sold at B3 Steakhouse & Craft Beer impressed me beyond expectations with its deep ruby color, rich fruit aroma, and bold, dry yet soft taste.
For my first dish, I ordered Figs Salad. It feels a little different from typical salads, because it uses figs, burrata cheese, Parma ham, cherry tomatoes, and basil.
It was a luxurious salad that went well with red wine, combining salty and savory Parma ham, creamy burrata cheese, fresh cherry tomatoes, and the scent of basil and figs.
As my second dish, I ordered the main menu Platter 2. Platter 2 is a menu that is good for 2-3 people and 3 kind of steaks(Striploin 200g, Tenderloin 200g, Ribeye 200g) with a choice of 3 sauces and 3 sides. I requested medium doneness and chose Mushroom, Red Wine, and Black Pepper for the sauce.
Striploin steak is one of the softest cuts of meat. It has a stronger meat flavor than tenderloin but is softer than sirloin, so in some ways it can be said to be the best balanced cut of beef. Of the three steaks I ate that day, it was cooked just right and was the most delicious.
Tenderloin steak is the tenderest, not greasy and has a light taste with less fat. It's an incredibly delicious cut, and I enjoyed it second only to the striploin steak.
Ribeye steak is less tender than tenderloin, but has a chewy texture and full of meaty flavor. The rich flavor of the meat was attractive, but on this day it was disappointing that it was tougher than usual.
For sides I chose Cream Spinach, Corn on Cob, and Mashed Potatoes. All three were delicious, but I liked the soft and savory Cream Spinach the best.
B3 Steakhouse & Craft Beer is one of the best steakhouse in Ho Chi Minh City. It is an attractive restaurant where you can enjoy a generous amount of high-quality steak at a reasonable price compared to other expensive steakhouses.

B3 Steakhouse is an attractive restaurant where you can eat good quality steak at a reasonable price compared to other famous steakhouses in Ho Chi Minh City. In particular, if you order steak, you can choose your sauce and side for free, so you can enjoy a more cost-effective meal.

Platter 2: 1,565,000VND
Figs Salad: 185,000VND
Finca La Escondida Gran Reserve Malbec: 770,000VND
Alba Mineral Water: 55,000VND
The total price of 2,796,400VND, including 8% general VAT and 10% alcohol VAT, is quite high, but I was very satisfied with the meal as I was able to enjoy striploin, tenderloin, and ribeye steak with red wine. Steakhouses like EL GAUCHO or IL CORDA are too expensive to visit often and only happen once or twice a year for special occasions, but B3 Steakhouse & Craft Beer is a lovely restaurant you can just visit with your family when you're craving steak.
