You can enjoy delicious Spanish cuisine and a variety of drinks such as cocktails, whiskey, gin, and wine. I visited alone on a Saturday evening to have a meal and took a seat in the corner.

Happy hour runs from 3pm to 6:30pm Monday through Friday, and from 4pm to 6:30pm on weekends, offering discounted prices on select alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine. Since I visited during happy hour, I took advantage of the discount and ordered a red wine, Mancura Etnia Cabernet Sauvignon.

The second dish I ordered was Sauteed Spicy Garlic Prawns, and it came with toasted bread slices. It was my favorite dish of the day, perfect to pair with red wine.

Sauteed Spicy Garlic Prawns is a savory and salty gambas dish with five large tiger prawns, with a spicy kick from the chili peppers. The aroma of sauteed garlic, olive oil, and parsley really whetted my appetite.

The toasted bread that came with the Sauteed Spicy Garlic Prawns was a hard roll, and it had a hard and light taste, making it perfect for eating with dishes like soup or gambas. The spicy and salty soup soaked into the rough and crispy surface of the bread, making it really delicious.

The second dish I ordered was the Iberico Ham Pate Burrata Toast. Burrata cheese, pate, Iberico ham, and arugula were placed on top of a crispy baguette. It was a wonderful dish with a creamy, salty, and savory flavor that blended well with the flavor of the arugula.

The third and final dish I ordered was Spaghetti with Spicy Prawn & Pesto. The basil pesto spaghetti, which could easily be greasy or bland, felt more appealing because it had a spicy flavor added to it.

From Monday to Friday, from 3pm to 6:30pm, and on weekends, from 4pm to 6:30pm, they have happy hour where you can drink certain alcoholic beverages at a low price.

I visited for dinner alone on a Saturday evening and ordered below.

1. Mancura Etnia Cabernet Sauvignon(Happy Hour): 115,000VND x 3 EA = 345,000VND

2. Iberico Ham Pate Burrata Toast: 95,000VND

3. Sauteed Spicy Garlic Prawns: 195,000VND

4. Bread Basket: 0VND

5. Spaghetti with Spicy Prawn & Pesto: 205,000VND

The total amount was 959,805VND including 5% service charge, 8% general VAT, and 10% alcohol VAT. It seems like a lot for a single person, but considering that I ordered three glasses of wine and three dishes, it actually feels cheap. Sabor Restaurant & Bar is a restaurant where you can enjoy clean and delicious Spanish food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is good and the staff is friendly, so it is a good place to visit when you are craving Spanish food.
