7 Bridges Craft Beer is one of the hottest beer pubs in Ho Chi Minh City, located at the entrance of Japanese Town in Le Thanh Ton, District 1. Even on weekday evenings, you can see many Westerners drinking beer, and since you can taste craft beer and high-quality snacks at reasonable prices, there are also quite a few local customers.
I visited here on a Thursday evening with a co-worker to have another beer after dinner at a nearby restaurant, and even though it was a weekday evening, most of the tables were filled with customers. Some people may come just for a beer, while others may come for a meal.
My companion and I sat down at the bar table by the window inside the store. There are various craft beer dispensers at the back of the seat. When you order a beer, you can see the staff pouring the beer into your cup using the dispenser.
For my first beer, I ordered Yuzu Wheat Standard(400ml). It is a golden craft beer with a sweet citron scent and less bitter taste, making it easy to drink. The alcohol content(4.8%) is weak, so it is suitable for women who do not drink alcohol easily.
For my first snack, I ordered 7 Bridges Nachos Supreme. The nachos are topped with minced pork, shallot pickles, chopped tomatoes, cream cheese, jalapeno pickles, mozzarella cheese, etc., so the portion size is quite large and it is more of a dish than a snack. I especially enjoyed the slightly spicy yet refreshing jalapeno pickle.
For my second snack, I ordered Truffled Mushroom Sausage Pizza(Slice). It's a large, American style pizza, and one slice seems to be enough for a meal. It is spread tomato sauce on the thin dough, topped it with salami, sausage, mushrooms, and cheese, and finished it off with truffle oil. Although the truffle flavor was weaker than I expected, I was satisfied with the taste.
After the snacks were served, I ordered additional beer. The one on the left was Standard(400ml) and the one on the right was Small(240ml). Since they serve a variety of craft beers, it may seem difficult to choose, but the menu contains detailed information such as alcohol content and taste, so it is not difficult to find a beer that suits your taste.
The pizza I ordered as a snack that day wasn't bad, but the nachos definitely had an impact. I come here a few times a month to drink beer, and 7 Bridges Craft Beer is a great beer pub where you can enjoy a variety of craft beers and quality snacks at reasonable prices. It's also a great place to visit for a meal.

There are certain discounted items for each day of the week, and a lunch combo is available from 11:00 to 14:00, so you can use it at a slightly cheaper price. Craft beer can be selected from Small(240ml), Standard(400ml), Stein(580ml), and Tower(3L) sizes, and prices are divided into Regular and Specialty depending on the beer.
On a Thursday evening, my co-worker and I visited here to drink beer after dinner at the other restaurnat and ordered the following.
Sunset Tangerine Standard(400ml): 110,000VND
Yuzu Wheat Standard(400ml): 110,000VND
7 Bridges Nachos Supreme: 180,000VND
Truffled Mushroom Sausage(Slice): 90,000VND
Imperial IPA Standard(400ml): 140,000VND

For a total of 715,000VND, I was able to enjoy a variety of high-quality craft beers and snacks. Even on weekdays, you'll always see plenty of people drinking beer at 7 Bridges Craft Beer, and for good reason. It's one of the most worth-visiting craft beer pub in downtown Ho Chi Minh City.
