Above bar is a rooftop bar located at the Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint Hotel, a 4 star hotel across from Takashimaya Department Store. The prices for alcohol are a little high, but it has the advantage of being able to drink good cocktails while looking out over downtown Ho Chi Minh City.
